SHARKS: Magnificent and Misunderstood



-A school of small fish that swam about the drsal fincme close and lookd her(the writer) over-Shark skin was remarkbly free from prsites(whooaa),and i assumd that if it must be cleand by the small fish(para7,line 2-6,pg. 148)
-Only 2 othrs spcies-baskng shark &rcentlydscvered type called "megamouth" r plnkton feeders
-All the rest r prdators(para.12,line 9-12, pg.149)

-For most part,nrmal shark diet cnsist offishes,mollusk,and crustaceans-few sharks actlly hunt or feed on marine mammals,though as scavngers they will rid the wholeof the carcsses of a whale or other large creatures.(par.15,line 1-6,pg.149)
-No shark nrmally feed on man-most shark attacks on humans are bite-and-releaseor slashing type of action tht sggest wrnings rther than attempts to kill-We accpt that dog growls or even bites a strngerif a latter invades its trrtory(par.16, line 1-7,pg.149)
